Wellsville Police arrested David E. Kemp, age 49 of
Woodhull, NY, charging him with DWI (Felony) and Improper or Unsafe turn w/o
signal. The charges stem from a traffic
stop on South Main Street in the Village of Wellsville. Kemp was processed and arraigned before
Associate Wellsville Village Justice Walsh with a representative from the
Allegany County Public Defender’s Office present. Kemp was committed to the Allegany County
Jail on $500.00 cash bail or $1,000.00 property bond. Kemp is due back in Wellsville Village Court
on January 21st at 4:30 p.m.
