Wellsville: Village Board votes to purchase new 10-wheel dump truck

The Wellsville Village Board unanimously approved buying a new 10-wheel dump truck at a cost not to exceed $130,000. The money will come from the General Fund Capital Reserves. The purchase of a pick-up truck has been postponed. The purchase is subject to a permissive referendum which would require 20% of the registered voters as of the last election to file a petition with the Village Clerk.
