Along with Allegany County SPCA Investigators, Troopers
investigated a complaint of four malnourished and neglected dogs at a residence
on Council House Road in the town of Caneadea. Troopers allege Mura had
neglected the dogs. Mura was arrested and issued appearance tickets for
Caneadea Town Court, where she is due to appear later this month.
