Accept the minutes for the Regular Meeting held on June 24, 2019. 

VISITORS:    

MAYOR’S BUSINESS: 

  1. Request acceptance and approval of the Special Event Permit from Gildner & Associates Wealth Management (20 Madison Street) for a “Shred It” event to be held on Wed., July 31, 2019 from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm.  This event will be open to the public to allow them to bring shreddable items to the shred truck and watch as the items are safely and securely shredded.  The location would be in the Municipal lot with roped off parking spaces to prevent blocking the entrance to the lot.
  2. Request acceptance and approval of the Special Event Permit from the Wellsville Chamber of Commerce for their Main Street Festival to be held on Sat., July 20, 2019 from 6:00 am – 5:00 pm.  The location will include Main Street, from East State Street to Pearl Street.
  3. Request acceptance and approval of the Special Event Permit from Denise Straub/Renee Giardini/Darren Fanton for a “Team For Kids” Boot Drive to be held on Fri., August 9, 2019 from 7:00 am – 9:30 am.  The two requested locations are at N. Highland Ave./ Route 417 (by Steuben Trust Co Bank) and N. Main St./W. State St. (by Walgreens).

                  1.   Request Board authorization for Mayor to sign one-year extension agreement  with the NYISO for purchase of Historic Fixed Price Transmission  Congestion Contract at offered price of $40,369.76 per MW.  This cost will be      passed through to rate payers through the Purchase Power Adjustment each month.
