Wellsville Police arrested Jeremy D. Davis, age 26 of
Wellsville, charging him with Petit Larceny.
The charge stems from an incident that took place at Tops in
Wellsville. Davis was processed, issued
an appearance ticket and released. Davis
is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on July 30th at 4:30 p.m.
