Wellsville, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more and Failure to
Keep Right. The charges stem from a
traffic stop on South Main Street in the Village of Wellsville. Cole was processed and released to a third
party. Cole is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on July 23rd at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police charged Jeremiah L. Thomas, age 33 of
Scio, NY, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd (unclassified misdemeanor)
for driving with a suspended driver’s license and No Distinctive Plate (One
Plate). The charges stem from a traffic
stop on South Main Street in the Village of Wellsville. Thomas was issued traffic citations and
released. Thomas is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on July 23rd at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested a 16-year-old Scio youth,
charging him with DWI, DWAI and Speed in Zone.
The charges stem from a traffic stop on the Genesee Parkway in the
Village of Wellsville. The youth was
processed and released to a third party.
The youth is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on July 23rd at
4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Katharine S. Jackson, age 33 of
Wellsville, charging her with Disorderly Conduct and Harassment 2nd. The charges stem from an incident that took
place on Madison Street on June 27th.
Jackson was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice
O’Connor. Jackson was released and is
due back in Wellsville Village Court on August 20th at 4:30 p.m.
