Wellsville Police arrested Cole D. Mack, age 19 of
Wellsville, charging him with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on West State Street. Mack was
issued an appearance ticket and released.
Mack is due to appear in the Wellsville Village Court on July 9th at
4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Samuel L. Ayers, age 28 of
Wellsville, charging him with Aggravated Harassment 2nd. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on North Main Street on May 12th.
Ayers was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice
O’Connor. Ayers was released and is due
back in Wellsville Village Court on August 20th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Matthew G. Monroe, age 29 of
Wellsville, charging him with DWI. The
charge stems from an incident that took place on East Pearl Street in the
Village. Monroe was issued an appearance
ticket and released to a third party.
Monroe is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on July 9th at 4:30
p.m. Additional charges are pending.
