Wellsville Police charged Lucas J. Cunningham, age 21 of
Andover with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd (an unclassified misdemeanor),
for driving with a suspended driver’s license, Inadequate/No muffler and
No/Inadequate plate lamps. The charges
stem from a traffic stop on School Street in the Village of Wellsville. Cunningham was issued traffic citations and
released. Cunningham is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on May 28th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police charged Joseph A. Lewis, age 33 of
Wellsville with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd (an unclassified
misdemeanor), for driving with a suspended driver’s license, Inadequate/No
muffler and failure to notify DMV of address change. The charges stem from a traffic stop on the
Genesee Parkway in the Village of Wellsville.
Lewis was issued traffic citations and released. Lewis is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on May 28th at 4:30 p.m.
