5/15/19 2:55pm- State police arrested David M. Cass, 38, of Wirt. He was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree menacing with a weapon and illegal discharge of a firearm. Bail was initially set at $1,000 cash. The charges stem from an incident reported at 10:46 p.m. Tuesday in the Town of Wirt.
