Shinglehouse sex offender arrested

Sweden Township police on Tuesday arrested Ray Allen Pelchy Jr., 20, of Roulette. He was charged with two felony counts:

1. Failure to Comply With Registration of Sexual Offender Requirements
2. Verify Address or Photographed as Required

He was arraigned in District Court at 1:10 p.m. and released on $10,000 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for March 25th.
