Wellsville Police arrested Zachary J. Wiech, age 21 of Scio,
charging him with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation) and Operating a
Motor Vehicle while using a Mobile Phone.
The charges stem from a traffic stop on the Bolivar Road in the village
of Wellsville. Wiech was issued traffic
citations and released. Wiech is due to
appear in the Wellsville Village Court on January 8th at 4:30 p.m.
