8/17/18 7pm- After investigating a complaint in the town of Allen, state police arrested Darrell F. Kinmartin, 56, of Grand Island. He was charged with trespass.
8/17/18 3:45pm- State police arrested James Krull, 62, of Cuba. He was charged with making a false written statement and falsely reporting an incident, both class A misdemeanors. The charged stem from a larceny complaint filed July 25 in the town of Allegany.
8/17/18 11:08am- During a traffic stop on State Route 39 in Yorkshire, state police arrested Laura Lewandowski, 54, of Arcade. She was charged with operator impaired by drugs.
8/17/18 1:56pm- After investigating a reported sex offense, state police arrested Charles A. Sullivan, 36, of Cameron. he was charged with endangering the welfare of an incompetent person 1st degree, a class E felony. He was detained on cash bail.
8/17/18 12:59pm- State police arrested Brian W. Farnsworth, 36, of Osceola, Pennsylvania. He was charged with felony 2nd degree burglary of a dwelling. The charge stems from a complaint filed August 5th in Woodhull. Bail was set at $1,500.
