August 8: Deputies
from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Patrick J. Hale, age 22 of Friendship on a
Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the Town of Cuba Court. Hale was
arrested, processed, and transported to the Town of Friendship Court where he
was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $1,000
cash or $2,000 bond. Hale is due to reappear in the Town of Cuba Court on
August 21, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. for additional court action.
August 7: Deputies
from the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Village of Angelica Police Department
with the arrest of Nathan R. Lehman, age 39 of Angelica on an Arrest Warrant
issued by the Village of Angelica Court. Lehman was arrested without incident
at the Allegany County Court Complex, processed, and turned over to the Village
of Angelica Police Department.
