7/2/18 12:10pm- State police arrested a 15-year-old name-protected Clarksville boy. He was charged with felony 1st degree sexual abuse with forcible compulsion, forcible touching-intimate parts and 2nd degree unlawful imprisonment. The charged stem from a complaint filed June 27th in the village of Bolivar.
7/2/18 12:10pm- After investigating a domestic dispute in Rushford, state police arrested Dylan J. Preston, 19, of Rushford. He was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing. Troopers also filed that same charge against a 16-year-old name-protected boy from Belmont. Both teenagers were released on appearance tickets for court.
