Dansville Meth Bust

On Tuesday, state police arrested Hollie A. Taft, 35, of Oak Hill Road in Dansville for Unlawful Manufacturing Methamphetamine 3^rd degree and Tampering with Evidence. The arrest stems from a three-month investigation into the manufacturing of methamphetamine.  The investigation included the New York State Police, the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, the Dansville Police Department, and Investigators from the Steuben County District Attorney’s Office.  On March 17, 2018, Taft’s boyfriend, Thomas J. Jacobs Jr, was arrested for Unlawful Manufacturing Methamphetamine 3^rd.  During that investigation, Taft allegedly attempted to conceal physical evidence at a different location.   Taft was arraigned in the town of Wayland Court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail with no bail, due to previous felony convictions.
