On March 21, 2018 at approximately 10:00 a.m. Shane E. Kranock, 24, of Rushford, New York turned himself into the Cuba Police Department after a warrant for violation of probation was issued for his arrest. Kranock was processed and turned over to the Friendship Police Department for an unrelated warrant. Kranock is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
