Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on March 5, 2018, deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Robert D. Saunders, Age 35 of Bolivar, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the Town of Bolivar Court. Saunders was located in Bolivar, processed and transported to the Town of Bolivar Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail without bail. Saunders is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Bolivar Court on March 7, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. for additional court action.
