Wellsville Police arrested Devon J. Hamilton, age 21 of
Wellsville, charging him with Petit Larceny.
The charge stems from an incident that took place at the Giant Food Mart
in Wellsville. Hamilton was processed,
issued an appearance ticket and released.
Hamilton is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 23rd at
4:30 p.m.
