Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on March 6th
, 2017, following an investigation in the Allegany County Jail, Deputies
arrested Alec T. Pratt, age 21 of 117 Stevens Street, Wellsville NY for (3)
Counts of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree.
The charges stem from phone calls allegedly made by Mr. Pratt to a protected party
named in an order of protection while he was incarcerated at in the Allegany
County Jail on unrelated charges.
Pratt was processed and then transported to the Town of Friendship Court
where he was arraigned and remanded back to the Allegany County Jail on
$1,000.00 Cash Bail or $2,000.00 Bond. Mr.
Pratt will reappear in the Town of Amity Court on April 19th, 2016
at 7:00pm for additional court action.
