The Board of Trustees of the Angelica Free Library and the
Friends of the Angelica Free Library are hosting a Public Information Meeting
on a topic that has the potential to benefit all Angelicans.
As you may know, the Angelica Free Library receives its
funding based on the tax levy approved by Genesee Valley Central School
district voters. This year our library will be requesting a larger than normal
increase (as will the Belmont Free Library). The additional funds will provide
our local libraries with the option to expand programs and services -- if the
budget vote is approved.
Please join us on Thursday, April 13th at 7:00
p.m. in the Grange Hall Meeting Room where Board President David Haggstrom and
others will discuss the budget request and answer your questions.
We believe you’ll agree that voting “YES” for increased
library funding will bring many positive outcomes for our community in the years
to come.
