Obituary: Vivian A. Vennard, 87, Bolivar

BOLIVAR - Vivian A. Vennard, 87, of 7944 State Route 417 W passed away on Wednesday October 16, 2019 in the Jones Memorial Hospital Wellsville following a lengthy illness. Born January 28, 1932 in Willing N.Y. she was the daughter of Charles and Esther Button Gardner. Vivian was employed by the Friendship Dairies for twenty-six years, retiring in 1986.She enjoyed knitting and spending time with her grandchildren & great-grandchildren.

Surviving are six children. Robert (Debra) Vennard Belfast, Thomas (Linda) Vennard Florida, David Vennard Cuba, Mary Vennard Atlanta N.Y. Charles Vennard Weston Mills, Susan (Edward) Slocum Little Genesee. Fourteen grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren. Longtime companion Lyle Arthur Mascho of Bolivar.

Friends may call at the Schaffner Funeral Home Inc. Bolivar on SaturdayOctober19, 2019 from 12noon-2 p.m. Funeral services will be held following visitation at 2 p.m. Elva Cornell pastor of the Bolivar United Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Lawn Cemetery in Bolivar.
