NY State Police blotter

9/15/19 1:19am- State Police stopped an ATV on Canacadea Street in Almond. Troopers ended up arresting 44-year-old Andrew L. Miller of Hornell. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, BAC above .08%, illegally operating an ATV on a highway and no helmet. He'll appear in court at a later date.
