Wellsville Police, acting on an Arrest Warrant, arrested Rickie A. Moultrup, age 47 of Allentown, charging him with Criminal Contempt 1st (Class E Felony) and Harassment 2nd (Violation). The charges stems from an incident that took place on Scott Avenue on April 27th. Moultrup was located by the New York State Police and turned over to Wellsville Police. Moultrup was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. His bail is set at $10,000 cash. Moultrup is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
