Wellsville Police arrested Christopher A. Sauls, age 33 of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Sale of a Firearm 3rd (Class D Felony) and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th (Class A Misdemeanor). Sauls was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Sauls is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
