New York State Police Blotter – July 20/21, 2025
7/20/25 5:19 p.m. – After responding to a disturbance
call in the town of Scio, state police arrested Jason L. Flores, 43, of Scio.
He was charged with felony third-degree criminal mischief allegedly causing
more than $250 damage. He’ll answer the charge in court at a later date.
7/21/25 3:38 a.m.- State police responded to a single
vehicle crash on State Route 248 at Dutch Hill Road in the town of Willing.
Nearby residents said a Ford Bronco went off the road and struck several trees.
The driving was identified as Drew Daniel Stonemetz, 30, of Wellsville. The
blotter indicated he was not injured. He was charged with felony driving while
intoxicated, open container and other counts. He was transported to the
Allegany County Jail for Central arraignment. Jail records show he has been
released.
