New York State Police Blotter – July 21, 2025
7/21/25 6:11 p.m.- After investigating a complaint in
the town of Allegany, Olean-based state police arrested Michael Lockwood, 30,
of Friendship and Sara J. Wilcox, 46, of Farmersville Station. Each was charged
with a single count of petit larceny. Court action is pending.
7/22/25 12:27 a.m.- Bath-based state police report the arrest of Jayden Isaac Cain, 21, of Arkport. He was charged with a class-C felony if third-degree arson for allegedly intentionally causing damage and misdemeanor criminal mischief. He was sent to the Steuben County Jail where he is being held without bond.
