Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Kevin J. Tyler, age 53 no permanent address, charging him with failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court on July 8th on a previous Public Lewdness charge. Tyler was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Tyler is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
