Wellsville Police arrested Diane L. Richardson, age 41 of Scio, charging her with Unlawfully Dealing with a child 1st (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place on North Main Street on April 12th. Richardson was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Richardson is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 13th at 4:30 pm.
Wellsville Police, acting on an Arrest Warrant, arrested Brennen D. Smith, age 35 currently incarcerated in the Allegany County Jail, charging him with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place at 7 Eleven in March of 2024. Smith was transported to the Allegany County Jail and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Smith was returned to the Allegany County Jail and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on May 20th at 4:30 pm.
