Wellsville Police arrested Bradley W. Perry, age 40 of Wellsville, charging him with Harassment 2nd (Violation), Menacing 3rd (Class B Misdemeanor) and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing/Circulation (Class A Misdemeanor). The charges stem from an incident that took place on Scott Avenue on April 22nd. Perry was transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Perry is due to appear on Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Balch, age 31 of Willing, charging him with Harassment 2nd (Violation), Menacing 3rd (Class B Misdemeanor), Criminal Obstructing or Breathing/Circulation (Class A Misdemeanor), Criminal Mischief 4th (Class A Misdemeanor) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Class A Misdemeanor). The charges stem from an incident that took place on Trapping Brook Road. Balch was transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Balch is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
