On 04/17/2025 Deputies of the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office arrested TYLER J. KAYS, age 25, of Almond, NY for Promoting Prison Contraband 1st for an incident which occurred on 03/23/2025 at the Allegany County Jail during which KAYS attempted to secrete a suboxone pill on his person. KAYS is currently being held at the Allegany County Jail awaiting arraignment in CAP court.
