Out-of-State man jailed in Potter County, PA on felony crime
Pennsylvania State Police say an incident in Sweden
Township, Potter County led to the arrest of a Maryland man. Coudersport-based
troopers arrested Jah’Mere Elijawon Foster, 26, of Easton, MD charging him with
felony flight to avoid apprehension/trial/punishment. At 9:10 p.m. Monday,
Foster was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Bryan D. Phelps. When Foster
was unable to post $15,000 cash bail, he was immediately remanded to Potter
County Jail. The court set a preliminary hearing for May 8th at 10
a.m.
