Wellsville Police arrested Robert R. Marsh, age 61 of Wellsville, charging him with DWI (Unclassified Misdemeanor) and Aggravated DWI w/BAC of .18% or more. The charges stem from an incident that took place on South Main Street at W Dyke Street. Marsh was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Marsh is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 13th at 4:30 pm.
Wellsville Police,
acting on an Arrest Warrant, arrested Rachel E. Simon, age 37 of Wellsville,
charging her with Issuing a Bad Check (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took
place at Giant Food Mart. Simon was
located by the New York State Police and turned over to Wellsville Police. Simon was processed and transported the
Allegany County jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Simon is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court at a later date.
