Wellsville Police arrested James M. Lee, age 28 of Wellsville, charging him with Failure to register an address with the NYS Sex Offender Registry (Class E Felony). Lee was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Lee is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police arrested Kyle H.J. Lunn, age 28 of Richburg, charging him with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place at Dollar General on September 24th. Lunn was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Lunn is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County Court, arrested Brian N. Whitcher, age 51 no permanent address, charging him with a violation of probation. Whitcher was committed to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in Allegany County Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested De Qiang Yang, age 40 of Flushing, NY, for a violation of Pre-Trial release. Yang was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Yang was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
