10/22/24 10:31 a.m.- After responding to a domestic
dispute in Friendship, troopers arrested Nicholas A. Tuttle, 31, of Friendship.
He was charged with aggravated family offense and first-degree criminal
contempt, bot a class E felony counts. He was initially transport to Jail for
central arraignment.
10/22/24 12:59 p.m.- State police have leveled four
counts against Rickie A. Moultrup, 46, of Allentown. His charges include four
counts of second-degree criminal contempt. Troopers say the investigation is
pending.
10/23/24 2:26 a.m.- State police responded to a family
offense in the town of Clarksville. As a result, troopers arrested Carl M.
Blenski, 42, Cuba. He was charged with second-degree strangulation, a class D
felony. He was also charged with two misdemeanor counts of criminal obstruction
of breathing. He was initially transported to the county jail for central
arraignment.
10/22/24 2:24 p.m.- Acting on a criminal warrant
stemming from an incident in Bath, state police arrested Christopher M.
Mickinkle, 49, of Elmire. He was charged with two felony counts of money
laundering. Authorities allege the man knew the monetary instrument was the
proceeds of criminal conduct. He was also charged with criminal possession of
Cannabis. He was released on his own recognizance.
