On October 10th, 2024 at approximately 12:00PM, following a search warrant execution, Cuba Police arrested Daniel S. Ackerman (58) of Cuba, NY. Ackerman was arrested on charges of criminal possession of cannabis 1st (2 Counts, Felonies), criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th (Misdemeanor), criminal possession of a weapon 4th (Misdemeanor), criminal possession of a weapon 3rd (Felony) and resisting arrest (Misdemeanor). Ackerman was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail. Ackerman is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
