Wellsville Police arrested Mark W. Girton, age 30 of South Dakota, charging him with two counts of Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charges stem from incidents that took place at 7 Eleven. Girton was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Girton is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 18th at 4:30 pm.

arrested Kevin J. Tyler, age 52 of Andover, charging him with Disorderly
Conduct (Violation). The charge stems
from an incident that took place in Island Park. Tyler was issued an appearance ticket and
released. Tyler is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on June 18th at 4:30 pm.
