Wellsville Police
arrested Eugene R. Murphy, age 59 of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal
Sale of Cannabis 3rd (Class A Misdemeanor) and Endangering the
Welfare of a Child (Class A Misdemeanor).
The charges stem from an incident that took place on Madison Street on
May 5th. Murphy was
processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Murphy is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on July 16th at 4:30 pm.
