On June 18th, 2024 at approximately 7:03PM, following a report of a domestic dispute, Cuba Police arrested Gerald H. E. Schultz (29) of Cuba, NY. Schultz was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of a child(Misdemeanor), assault 3rd (Misdemeanor) and aggravated family offense (Felony). Schultz was processed, placed in front of a judge and sent to the Allegany County Jail on no bail. Schultz is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
