6/20/24- Pennsylvania State Police have filed a
criminal complaint against an Allentown, NY man. Following an incident in March
in Sweden Township, Troopers filed counts against 20-year-old Damian Alan
Moultrup. Those counts include criminal mischief-damage property and disorderly
conduct. A preliminary hearing is set for August 1 at 10 a.m.
6/19/24- Coudersport-based Troopers have filed a
criminal complaint against 44-year-old Joshua R. Oles of Greenwood, NY. He was
charged with two counts of DUI:controlled substance, possession of marijuana,
use or possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving and no rear lights. A
preliminary hearing is set for August 6th. The incident took place
in Coudersport Borough.
