Wellsville Police arrested Wade D. Wilkinson, age 24 of
Bolivar, charging him with DWI, AUO 3rd, Unlicensed Operator and Criminal
Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument.
The charges stem from a traffic stop on the Bolivar Road in the Village
of Wellsville. He was processed, issued
an appearance ticket and released to a third party. Wilkinson is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on October 27th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested a seventeen-year-old male
Wellsville youth, charging him with Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors
1st (Class D Felony), Obscenity 3rd and Endangering the Welfare of a
Child. The charges stem from incidents
that took place between November of 2019 and January of 2020 in the Village of
Wellsville. The youth was also charged
with a second count of Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors 1st (Class D
Felony), Obscenity 3rd and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, for incidents
that took place between September of 2019 and May of 2020 in the Village of
Wellsville. The youth was issued an
appearance ticket and released. The
youth is due to be arraigned in Allegany County Court via Skype on October 7th
at 10 a.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Jamie L. Pratt, age 40 of
Wellsville, charging her with Issuing a Bad Check. The charge stems from a complaint made by
Pizza King in Wellsville. Pratt was
processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Pratt is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on October 27th at 4:30 p.m.
