Dannheim was arrested following a brief foot pursuit
in the Town of Friendship. Dannheim was processed and arraigned via skype by
County Court Judge Parker where he was remanded to the Allegany County Jail without
bail.
On July 9, 2020 Dannheim was additionally charged with

Controlled Substance by Ultimate Users Original Container (3 Counts)
Dannheim was processed and issued appearance tickets
for the Town of Friendship Court on August 4, 2020 at 4:00 p.m.
Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on
July 13, 2020, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Matthew D. Brewer,
age 43 of Houghton, on an Allegany County Violation of Probation Warrant. Brewer was processed and transported to the Allegany
County Jail to be held without bail pending an appearance in Allegany County
Court at a later date.
