Wellsville Police arrested an 18-year-old Wellsville youth,
charging him with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Unlawful Imprisonment
2nd, Criminal Obstruction of breathing or Circulation and Harassment 2nd. The charges stem from an incident that took place
on South Brooklyn Avenue in the Village of Wellsville. The youth was issued an appearance ticket and
released. The youth is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on July 7th at 4:30 p.m.
