Town of Wellsville Emergency Management Announcement
As of today, June 12th, the grocery delivery service that
has been available within Wellsville will be discontinued. If there is a need
to start this service again in the future due to the pandemic, we will make an
announcement at that time. We hope that everyone who used this during these
past months have found it beneficial and kept them safe. There is also a plan
in place to re-open Island Park and the playground areas in the very near
future. There may be times that some of these areas will be closed for short
time periods to allow for disinfecting. The Town of Wellsville Emergency
Management team hope that you all have a safe and enjoyable summer. Please
remember to take some precautions, clean and wash your hands often if you are
in public places. It is our hopes that this crisis will soon be over, although
it will be in our memories for a very long time. We will continue to monitor
news that comes from State and Federal agencies and provide information to the
public as needed. Thank you all for helping to keep Wellsville and the county
with low positive cases, this was done by everyone following guidelines. Again,
have a safe summer!
