Wellsville Police arrested Bryent A.K. Scotchmer, age 26 of
Scio, charging him with a Parole Violation and Criminal Possession of a
Hypodermic Instrument. The charges stem
from an Incident that took place on Rauber Street. Scotchmer was committed to the Allegany
County Jail on the Parole Warrant and is due to appear in Allegany County Court
at a later date. He is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 9th at
4:30 p.m. on the Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument charge.
