Notice is hereby given that as of May 1, 2020, the
Assessor(s) of the Town of Alfred, County of Allegany, has completed the
Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year. Due to the COVID-19 epidemic
and the Governor’s Executive Order 202.22, the tentative assessment roll may be
examined online only. The tentative assessment roll is available for viewing on
the Allegany County website- https://allegany.sdgnys.com/search.aspx per
requirement of RPTL section 1590(2).
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions I will be available by
phone only. Please feel free to call me with any questions or concerns. (716)

Saturday, May 9: 1 pm- 5 pm (phone calls only)
Wednesday, May 6: 4 pm- 8 pm (phone calls only)
Monday, May 11: 9 am- 1 pm (phone calls only)
Wednesday, May 13: 9 am- 1 pm (phone calls only)
Last Day for filing grievance complaints: May 26, 2020.
Grievance Day Hearings will be held by appointment and by
phone only. At the very least the Board of Assessment Review will receive all
complaints with written material. Please stay safe.

4 pm - 8 pm
