Several charged in Wellsville Meth bust


Wellsville Police Wednesday afternoon arrested Michelle K. Fauth, age 41 of Wellsville, Jonathon M. Conklin, age 28 of Wellsville and Christopher J. Douglas, age 32 of Wellsville, charging the each with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd (Class A Felony) and Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine 3rd (Class D Felony).  The charges stem from an incident that took place at 38 Rauber Street in the Village of Wellsville where Fauth, Conklin and Douglas all reside.  Wellsville Police also arrested Wyait P. Crawford, age 25 of Wellsville and Karissa D. Hurlburt, age 25 of Wellsville, charging them each with Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument.  Fauth, Conklin and Douglas were arraigned in accordance with New York State’s bail reform act via Skype before Allegany County Court Judge Brown.  Fauth, Conklin and Douglas were all released without bail.  Fauth, Conklin and Douglas are due to appear in Allegany County Court on June 24th.  Crawford and Hurlburt were both issued appearance tickets and released.  Crawford and Hurlburt are due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 2nd at 4:30 p.m.  Wellsville Police were assisted by New York State Police C-CERT (Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team), New York State Police V-GNET (Violent Gang Narcotics Enforcement Team), New York State Police Uniformed Troopers and the Allegany County Probation Department.
