The Emerald Hook & Ladder Company #3 and the Grant Duke Hose Company #1 are having a golf ball drop raffle on April 4th. The tickets are 1 for $10 and 3 for $25 and top cash prizes are $500, $300, $200 plus a lot of gift card giveaways from local businesses. A golf ball drop is where we have golf balls numbered with a ticket corresponding to that ball. They will then put all of the sold balls into a garbage can and drop them onto a target out of the bucket of the Emerald Hook and Ladder truck onto a target and the closest 3 to the center will receive the cash prizes. This will be held at 80 Stevens street (The Grant Duke Hose station) in Wellsville around 4 p.m. The public is welcome to attend and watch the fun! See a member of either organization for a ticket.
