Desjarlais was charged with Murder 2nd Degree, a class A-1
felony; Assault 1st Degree, a class B felony; Strangulation 1st Degree a class
C felony; Conspiracy 2nd Degree, a class B felony; Tampering with Physical
Evidence, a class E felony; and Concealing a Human Corpse, a class E felony.
Marsh was charged with Murder 2nd Degree, a class A-1
felony; Assault 1st Degree, a class B felony; Robbery 1st Degree, a class B
felony; Conspiracy 2nd Degree, a class B felony; Tampering with Physical
Evidence, a class E felony; and Concealing a Human Corpse, a class E felony.
Both Defendants remain in the Cattaraugus County Jail and
are scheduled to be arraigned in the Cattaraugus County Court on Monday, in
Little Valley.
