7/13/19 5:30pm- After investigating a domestic dispute in the Town of Andover, state police arrested Michael J. Skinner, 45, of Belmont. he was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment involving physical contact.
7/14/19 2:06am- During a traffic stop on State Route 243 in Rushford, state police arrested Irene L. McCormick, 39, of Andover. Troopers charged her with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.
