6/17/19 7:22pm- After investigating a domestic dispute in the Town of Bolivar, state police arrested Matthew J. Saunders, 29, of Bolivar. He was charged with two counts of criminal obstruction of breathing, criminal mischief and harassment with physical contact. He was released on his own recognizance pending future court appearances.
